II. Balance Arm

To adjust the balance arm, do the following:

1. Half cycle the letter "P" - Observe the detenting and see where the detent contacts the element on the negative slope.

2. Adjust the stop screw (72-42) for the negative 6 bail so the "Y" detents like the "P".
